We are Unity Properties & Rentals. We run a marketplace for Buying, lodging, specializing in short and long term rentals for vacations, business trips, retreats, tourist-related activities and others. We are a real estate brokerage firm.

Unity Properties & Rentals covers the Centre Region of Cameroon for now while working on future expansion projects to other regions of Cameroon.

We are based in Yaoundé, Cameroon. We can be reached online via our website and social media profiles.

We match families, travelers, Religious, business men and women seeking accommodations other than hotels with homeowners, referred to as “Hosts,” through our platform. Our Website provides visitors with a variety of rental property types, from studio apartments to houses with up to five bedrooms. Additionally, it provides luxurious guest party homes, penthouses, and lodging with remarkable features. We act as a bridge between property buyers and sellers. Unity Properties & Rentals also assists foreign companies, individuals or groups willing to

invest in the Cameroonian real estate sector. We also help companies and businesses acquire commercial as well as industrial lands or properties.

To guarantee that listings, images, and descriptions correspond to actual properties, we make sure that every property on the platform has been examined and validated. To enable quick and simple access to their earnings, we also make sure that our hosts receive their compensation in their home currency. Our “Confidence promise” is applied to every reservation made through the site.
